These terms describe the responsibilities that keep Omnable useful, private, and safe for everyone who uses it.
Last updated August 27, 2026Using Omnable
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use Omnable only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing generated prompts and downstream model outputs.
Acceptable use
You may not use Omnable to violate rights, bypass security controls, distribute malware, facilitate unauthorized exploitation, commit fraud or phishing, steal credentials, invade privacy, sexually exploit another person, facilitate self-harm or violent wrongdoing, or enable another clearly illegal harmful act. Legitimate defensive security, safety, prevention, education, analysis, compliance, and support remain permitted. Automated access that evades rate or quota controls is prohibited.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Omnable the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the requested service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted prompts and files.
AI output and responsibility
AI systems can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. Omnable provides workflow and evaluation tools, not a guarantee of correctness or fitness for a particular purpose. Review results before using them in consequential settings.
Availability and limits
Initial accounts receive a conservative free allowance. Runs may be limited, queued, or temporarily unavailable to protect reliability and prevent abuse. Billing is not part of the initial public release.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when required to address security risks, unlawful use, material violations, or threats to the service. You may stop using Omnable and queue account-data deletion from Settings.
Changes
The product and these terms may evolve. Material changes will be reflected through the effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
